Ideology Homework

The inbetweeners is a comedy series which is centred around four sixth formers. The ideology of this series is that life as a teenager is hard, shown through the main characters commonly facing struggles.

The ideology of the movie Finding Nemo is that family is important. This is due to the fact that at the beginning of the film, Nemo does not get along well with his father but after going missing and being reacquainted, they both appreciate eachother.

Captain America:The Winter Soilder is about the Avenger, Captain America, battling against his former bosses (SHIELD). He discovers that his usual enemies (HYDRA) have always been a part of SHIELD. The ideology of this movie is that there is no such things as a "good person" or a "bad person".

Shots for my Music Magazine-22/01/16

This morning, I went outside with my actor and took my shots in the location I chose. I am pleased with these pictures. Here are the photographs I took:

Location Hunting-15/01/16

Today I went location hunting to try and find an outdoor background for my music magazine shots. I found an entry in the same road as my school. I will be using this for my next shots due to the fact that the natural lighting will improve my photographs more than if I were to take these shots indoors. I will also be using this entry as my location due to the fact that if I chose to include the bricks in my music magazine, it would suit the style of the pop genre. Also, the background could also be easily removed if I chose to not include the bricks of the entry.

Taking shots in the hall-14/01/16

Today, I took shots in the school hall as stated in my blog of time management. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of these photographs as the lighting wasn't very good. I realised that natural lighting would be a lot more suitable for my shots and therefore, tomorrow, I will look for a more suitable location for my shots.

Time management for my music magazine

I have began organising what days I will take my photographs. On Thursday 14th January, I will take my photographs in the hall. This is due to the fact that me and my actor are both free for three hours that day and also because I have permission from the caretaker to be able to have access the hall on this day. Another reason why I will be taking these on this date is to allow for another day during the following week for me to take further shots if required. I would like to have my pictures uploaded on my blog by Friday 22nd January.

Camera angles for my Music Magazine

When taking my photographs, I will use a variety of camera angles. These will be a medium close up shots and long shots. I will also take high angle and low angle shots. I will then review these photos to decide which is more suitable. I will need to ask Mr Liddell for permission to use the camera.

Props for my Music Magazine

I will not use any props in my photoshoot due to the fact that I prefer to convey that the photographs are music related though other ways (such as the style of which the photos will be). Some of my style model magazines have issues where their artist does not have a prop such as VIBE and Billboard:
